On a roof that means the inspection. On a yard it means the design conversation, which happens before anyone digs, so you know what you are getting.

Scope and price, walked through on site or sent over after. The estimate itself costs nothing.

We do not publish a fixed office-hours table. We advertise 24/7 service, so whatever time it is when you find the problem, tell our chat assistant what is happening, or send the form, and it is logged the moment you send it. Sundays we handle urgent emergencies only. Anything else you send on a Sunday is first in line Monday morning.

Every service below is one we actually do. We do not post prices, because every roof and every yard is different.
What does ELSG do?
Roofing and everything around it, plus landscaping. Asphalt shingle and steel roofing, roof repairs, replacements and inspections, storm and wind damage repairs, and complete GAF roofing systems. On the exterior: siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, windows and painting. On the property: landscape design and construction, grading, decorative rock, planting, and deck construction. Inside: remodeling, sheetrock and interior painting.
What areas do you serve?
Our office is at 33 5th St NE in Watertown, and we work across Watertown, South Dakota and the surrounding areas. We were founded in Lake Norden.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed and insured, and we are a GAF Certified Installer. We are also local and family-owned.
What is a GAF roofing system, and which warranty do I get?
A roofing system is more than shingles: it is the leak barriers, underlayment, starter strips, ridge caps and ventilation components that work together. We install five GAF tiers, from Shingle & Accessory up through System Plus, Silver Pledge and Gold Pledge, GAF's highest level. Which one your roof qualifies for depends on the components used and GAF's own requirements, and we review the details during your free consultation.
Do you install steel roofs as well as shingles?
Yes. Steel roofing is a long-lasting, low-maintenance option that resists wind, fire and extreme weather. Our project gallery includes a completed steel-shingle roof, photographed from the air and from the ridge.
Do you do landscaping too, or only roofing?
Both, and the landscaping is a real half of the business rather than an add-on. Landscape design and construction, grading and prep work, decorative rock and mulch, planting and bed layouts, edging and borders.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We offer free estimates and a free consultation: no pressure, no obligation, just straightforward answers and a clear estimate.
